We reserve the right to correct errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies and to change or cancel orders at any time and without notice. Also, while we have attempted to display as accurately as possible our print(s) or photograph(s) on the Website, we cannot guarantee that any print or photograph you purchase will appear exactly as it appears on the Website. All print(s) or photograph(s) displayed on the Website are sold with a condition report and "As-Is" and "With All Faults." Disclaimer

Campaign Dynamics LLC does not make any guarantee, warranty, or representation, expressed or implied, to any buyer with respect to any print or photograph, including without limitation as to its condition, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, designer or creator, exhibitions, literature, or historical relevance. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed as such a guarantee, warranty, or representation. This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers that may apply depending on the jurisdiction in which the consumer is located.

Payment and Taxes

Payment is in United States dollars and is taken through Squarespace, Squarespace Payments and/or Stripe at the time the order is placed. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted forms of payment. An invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Applicable United States sales tax will be automatically calculated by Squarespace, Squarespace Payments or Stripe and added to the final total at checkout. If a purchase is exempt from United States sales tax, please reach out to the sales team at OPS@campaign-dynamics.com. Kindly note that a tax resale certificate is required.

Any print(s) or photograph(s) shipped internationally may be subject to further export, import, and customs duties or international taxes. This will be the buyer's responsibility upon arrival to customs clearance. Customs will contact the buyer directly to pay the associated costs. Once payment is received in full, the package will be released to the carrier to deliver to the shipping address provided.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is calculated based on weight, size, and shipping address. Conversely, we may also choose to apply a standard fee $50.00 at our discretion. Any shipment of a print or photograph to an international address will be calculated and invoiced after the sale. A sales associate will use reasonable efforts to be in touch within 24 to 48 hours of the online purchase. Shipping lead time of unframed works is usually approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the point of sale. Shipping lead times can vary depending on number of different factors. Please reach out to OPS@campaign-dynamics.com for any questions or concerns, or if rush delivery is required. We will attempt to answer emails within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

Prior to shipping, an email will be sent to the buyer with the shipping date and approximate delivery date. This delivery date is only an estimate. A tracking number will be provided once shipment is confirmed and the order has shipped. We cannot guarantee that any shipment will arrive by a certain date and are not liable for any delays in the delivery of an order.

All orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. If no one is available at the address to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a note and attempt delivery again or the package can be collected from a local depot. If a second attempt to deliver the package fails, the gallery will reach out with further instructions. Additional fees may apply for any further delivery costs associated with the delay.

If you wish to make a change to the purchase before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the change is possible, we will update you of any changes to the price of the print(s) or photograph(s), the timing of delivery, or anything else which would be necessary as a result of the requested change and ask the buyer to confirm whether to move forward with the change.

Please inspect print(s) or photograph(s) upon delivery. If the print(s) or photograph(s) received are damaged or incorrectly supplied, please inform the gallery by email or phone. Instructions will be provided at that time to return the print(s) or photograph(s). Risk and responsibility for any loss or damage to the print(s) or photograph(s) are passed to the buyer upon possession.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact Campaign Dynamics within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Client satisfaction is integral to Campaign Dynamics LLC's business model, and we will attempt to address your concern, which may or may not include (in our sole discretion) issuing a refund. If we choose to issue a refund, we will provide instructions to return the print(s) or photograph(s). The print(s) or photograph(s) must be returned in the original condition they were sent. Pending the inspection of the print(s) or photograph(s), we will process any refund that we approve less shipping charges to the original card, subject to the requirements of the electronic payment provider.

If your print arrives damaged or there is a defect in quality, please contact us immediately at OPS@campaign-dynamics.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

We have carefully selected the finest paper and inks to ensure that our prints achieve the museum grade archival longevity of the respective manufacturers. Your archivists and curators should be able to provide guidance on minimizing ultraviolet exposure and adverse environmental conditions. Placing any art work, or any item in direct sunlight will result in damage over time. Proper placement and care will preserve the print.

Campaign Dynamics warranties the product will be delivered to you free of material defects. We are not responsible for degradation or damage caused by improper placement or improper exposure to harsh environment conditions. If after purchase a manufacturing defect is found with the paper that is not associated with environmental damage, please contact us.

Handling and Caring for your Print

Your print(s) and photograph(s) must be handled with care, as with any original work of art.

Your print(s) and photograph(s) must be mounted and framed by professionals to obtain the best results. A custom made frame will most likely need to be fabricated by your chosen framing professionals.

Below are some best practices to ensure your print remains vibrant.

Handle the print carefully by the edges and use two hands to support

Avoid touching the print to the greatest extent possible.

Wear white cotton gloves when handling the print. Avoid touching the print surface with your fingers or hands, this could scratch the surface, and oils from your skin may damage the print.

Never allow liquids of any kind to come in contact with a print

Only acid-free, archival materials should come in contact with the front/back of the print

It may not be possible to place the print under glass or acrylic due to the very large dimensions. To avoid fading, the print must be placed away from direct sunlight and other other Ultraviolet (UV) light sources, similar to the placement of art exhibits in museums and galleries.

Avoid hanging or storing the print in direct or extremely bright indirect sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will rapidly degrade the print.

Keep the print away from sources of ozone.

Avoid excessive temperature and humidity extremes.

If your print will be framed without a mount, ensure that spacers are used so that the print does not touch the glass.
